Amanda is a certified and licensed orthotist/ prosthetist in NJ. She has been with Armac since 2020 and has been in the field of O&P for 10 years.

Originally from Massachusetts, she has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a bio-mechanical concentration from WPI. After working for a few years as an engineer, she realized she didn’t want to sit behind a desk and decided to pursue a career where she could help people and make a difference in their daily lives. She found the field of orthotics and prosthetics and received her Masters in O&P from the University of Washington.

Amanda specializes in:

*foot orthoses

*lower extremity prosthetic devices

*cranial remolding orthoses

*silicone restoration

*custom orthoses

*scoliosis bracing

She works with all age groups, from pediatric to adult to geriatric. 

When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 children, and her rescue dog. Her hobbies include hiking, backpacking, skiing, CrossFit and coaching soccer for her town’s rec team.

Adam is from Jefferson and has been a dedicated Armac team member since 2010. 

He was introduced to the O&P field at a young age through his step father. He graduated from Northeastern University; then moved on to Northwestern University to gain his certificate in O&P. He has held positions within the NJ chapter for O&P, including Vice President. 

Adam has been an certified and licensed orthotist/ prosthetist for 35 years and is very knowledgeable in the field.

Glen Hickey is a certified/licensed Orthotist in New Jersey. He has been a dedicated Armac team member since 2014.

Glen has 45+ years experience in the Orthotic field including product fabrication and patient care spanning infants through seniors. During his extended time in the field, he has fit most types of body braces with particular expertise in lower extremity, spinal, and cervical.
