ARMAC offers an Exchange Policy if you are dissatisfied with your off the shelf item, however, the item must not be worn, washed or soiled and it must have the original packaging. We will assist you with a prompt exchange or credit. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the date of service or order date.
CUSTOM ITEMS
Custom items are not returnable for exchanges or store credit unless the item has a manufacture defect. Since the item is custom tailored to fit your needs we will do whatever we can to make adjustments to the item, however you must contact us within 30 days of your delivery date. There will be no exceptions.
Please understand that ARMAC will do our best to work with you. However, these items we provide, cannot be reused on someone else; therefore we will not accept returns.
